Although their affairs have been placed in the hands of Megers, Lowe Bingham & Matthews appointed by His Excellency the Governor of Hongkong we have been kept entirely in the dark by them and are therefore dependent upon information which we receive through the Banks or the courtesy of friends, We enclose copy of our today's letter to the Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation which explains it self.
